经历了纸条的发现之后，我们在过去不久刚刚发现了层级的下雨，此时正如纸条上流浪者所述，海底城市出现，过了不久之后雨停又被木板带上来，很快层级又恢复了正常状态。

下雨事件现在越来越频繁了，致使该层级的环境已经无法再恶劣下去，此时已经有人员在这里定居建立前哨站了，这是一个好消息。

现在层级已经永远下起了小雨，只剩下海面上零零散散的木板存在，不再有大雨或者阴天，这意味着层级的天气变化已经趋于稳定¹，目前已重新更新档案，并将生存难度修改为宜居。

Level ZE-33是后室ZE层群的第33层。

描述

Level ZE-33以前是一个死亡废墟，现在因为雨的存在而被遏制。其内部存在海洋，天空永远被雾笼罩并且存在乌云。该层级也无任何实体存在。

在该层级海洋最深处，迎接你的并不是无尽的黑暗灰烬，而是温馨的海底城市。海底城市有一条条道路构成，道路构成的空格里面充满了高楼大厦，高楼大厦种类各不相同，里面一般充满了各种物资，比如杏仁水等，这也使很多流浪者来往该层级，加上该层级海底城市的炫酷科技，奇妙结构，使得这里成为了网红层级。

每个高楼都散发着荧光灯亮，他们炫彩极了，为这较暗的海底增添了一分光芒，还时不时播放温馨或者摇滚感的音乐，又让这个城市增加了一分激情。

海底是否存在其他东西尚未得知，但该层级已经完全转变，从一个危险的废墟变成了安全的城市，虽然还有潜在不稳定性，但依旧有极高的价值。

如果流浪者进入该层级，那么在该层级助手的一些人员会给流浪者当导游，来方便流浪者熟悉该层级，现在该层级的房间内已经有2万流浪者定居。

• 驻扎大约200个BNTG成员
• 会和流浪者以物换物
• 跟其他组织进行贸易

后室娱乐激动团队

• 在该层级激情的音乐下激烈进行各种活动
• 会邀请流浪者加入他们的团队
• 不喜欢有流浪者在他们玩活动时突然打扰

流浪者社区

• 由大约200个流浪者组成
• 给流浪者提供物资
• 互相进行交流

除了这些，还有很多小团体和流浪者在这里建立小社区和基地，就不一一列举。

入口与出口

旧文档已提及，层级原入口和出口不变，但是通过入口进入该层级之后，只会来到海底城入口，出口不变，但在任何地方只要找到出口门都可以离开。

并非所有危险都亘古不变，那个海底城市解答了一切。
